EMPOWERMENT

We are devoted to empowering women to reclaim their feminine essence, reconnect with their natural flow, and live wholehearted, present lives.

We believe that true empowerment comes through personal responsibility and self-awareness—and that it’s possible to live with peace, passion, purpose, and even pleasure and play, in ways that expand our capacity to love and serve others.

We create meaningful and intentional offerings to encourage and equip women to live expansive lives and step into the beauty of their full potential and power.

We know that when women rise in wholeness, everyone around them is uplifted—including the men in our lives.

CONNECTION

We believe that we were create for connection, conceived out of connection, developed through connection and birthed into this world dependent on connection. Connection is a core human need. We believe that everything in the cosmos is connected and embrace connection.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it unfolds in the safety of genuine connection.

We cherish the beauty and belonging found in community. We create sacred spaces where women can lay down their armor, be seen and heard, and grow together through vulnerablity, empathy, and grace.

We celebrate our differences as gifts that enrich and strengthen us, and we hold fast to the truth that we have far more in common than we often realize.

Our Living Beautifully Founder

Hi, I’m Tanya (pronounced Tan-yeah—like the summer “tan,” yeah!).

I help women reconnect with their hearts, heal old wounds, and step into their fullest, most authentic lives. My work is about guiding women toward peace, purpose, joy, and soul prosperity, helping them release limiting beliefs, recover from trauma, and embrace the unique beauty of who they were always meant to be.

For over two decades, I’ve worked closely with women—first as a makeup artist in the beauty industry, then supporting women in a pregnancy center and within the recovery community. I’ve witnessed firsthand how the right support can spark real transformation, and it’s this experience that fuels my commitment to creating a safe, empowering, and healing space for every woman I work with.

I’m originally from Montreal, Canada, and now call Sacramento, California home. Some of the things that bring me joy include spending time with family (especially my nieces and nephew), cuddling my two fur babies, cooking for friends, paddleboarding, being in nature, traveling, catching sunsets and sunrises, reading, discovering new music, and enjoying a good movie.

I truly believe that as we heal ourselves, we contribute to the healing of the world. My mission is to walk alongside you as you uncover your strength, embrace your heart, and live beautifully—fully, freely, and joyfully.

Spirituality

Spirituality is at the heart of living beautifully.

When we speak of God, we refer to the ultimate source of Creation, Love, Life, and all that is pure and good—an infinite being who longs for intimate relationship with each of His created ones.

We believe Jesus is more than a teacher, prophet, or moral guide—He is part of this Divine Expression, coming to earth in human form to fulfill timeless prophecies and restore creation and humanity to God’s original intention. We are invited to partner with God in this work of restoration and reconciliation through humility, sacrificial love, and service.

Though we often refer to God as “He,” we recognize God as both masculine and feminine, with male and female created as equal and complementary in God’s image.

We believe that the Holy Spirit—the Spirit whose birthing power brought creation into being and raised Jesus from the dead—dwells within us, when received, activating divine power to break the chains of corruption and limitations caused by humanity’s original rebellion.

We believe all people are created in God’s image and likeness, and that through Christ we are born again, our spirits awakened, and adopted as children of God. We also anticipate Christ’s return for His Bride and are committed to spiritual formation and maturity. It is time for the Bride to awaken, arise, and make herself ready, stepping into her fullness and divine calling.

Soul Care

Just as our Creator is a triune being (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), we are triune beings, made of spirit, soul, and body.

Our soul is the filter through which we perceive and process life—composed of our thoughts, emotions, personality, will, desires, needs, and motivations. It is the most valuable part of who we are and endures for eternity.

We believe that every human is a unique expression of the Divine, and living authentically requires a lifestyle of soul care and refinement. The measure to which we tend to our souls influence our physical health, shapes our spiritual maturity, and determines the depth of our connection with God and others.

Soul care is the practice of partnering with the Holy Spirit to cultivate our inner lives. It involves renewing our minds, understanding the language of our hearts, aligning our will with God’s, and nurturing the seeds of desire and destiny God has planted within us.

In Scripture, Jesus said that the thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but He came that we might have life in abundance. This abundant life is a life of wholeness, completeness, and well-being: spirit, soul, and body fully alive.

Living Beautifully is about cultivating lives of soul prosperity, tending to the soil of our soul so that our lives flourish in freedom, peace, and purpose.

Service

Service is at the heart of all we do.

We believe it is far greater to serve others than to be served. True service is not about control, filling inner voids, or seeking recognition—it flows naturally from a heart rooted in love and genuine care.

Each of us has a unique way to encourage, equip, and empower others, but we recognize that meaningful impact happens in partnership, and we can only help others as much as they are willing to help themselves.

We are not wired to thrive in self-centered lives. Purposeful connection to something greater than ourselves is essential for fulfillment. Every woman has an assignment—she was birthed for such a time as this.

By tending to our souls and pursuing spiritual growth, we cultivate the capacity to love and serve others well. Jesus is our highest example, guiding us in self-governance and service that is humble, honest, and sacrificial.

When we are disconnected from our purpose, we may feel lost or attempt to fill the void in ways that leave us depleted. Living beautifully means engaging in intentional service—to ourselves, our families, our communities, and the world—so that our lives overflow with meaning, impact, and love.
